Which swimming pool type should I choose?
Begin with your site, how the pool will be used and the edge you prefer. Skimmers keep water below the coping; overflow pools create a flush waterline; infinity pools open an edge towards a view. Equipment space, site levels and maintenance access help decide which approach fits.
Is the construction rate the same for all three types?
Yes. Hardevi Pools’ listed rate is ₹950 per sq ft for skimmer, overflow and infinity pools across India. The measured area, specifications, taxes and any additional site or structural work are confirmed in your written quote.
What is included in swimming pool construction?
The listed package covers JCB excavation, soil removal and dumping, ground dressing, RCC structure, brickwork, pool tiles, filtration plant and pipelines. The exact design, equipment and scope are agreed before construction.
How much space do I need beyond the pool itself?
Allow for the deck, access, drainage and serviceable filtration equipment. Overflow and infinity arrangements also require space for their collection and storage systems. Share a site drawing or dimensions so the whole layout can be considered.
Do you build for homes and hotels across India?
Hardevi Pools accepts enquiries for private homes, villas, hotels and other sites across India. Location, usage, site access and project requirements are reviewed as part of the planning and quote.
Can you assess a rooftop or an existing pool?
Share the building or existing pool details first. Rooftop projects require professional structural assessment. Renovation or conversion work needs a review of the current structure, plumbing, levels and available space before scope is agreed.
